Having lived in 10 countries, from the US, to Morocco, Colombia to the UK, her musical interests reflect the music of her upbringing from stride piano to West African high-life, Irish folk music to disco and soul. Creating connection and celebrating jazz as social music is a constant feature of Corina's performance. Through music and dance, she curates performances with the purpose of blending cultures, like genres, such as jazz, have done for decades. She is most motivated by the story-telling power of jazz and its potential for connecting people across cultures.
